Prof. WANG Jingyang, deputy director of High-performance Ceramics Division IMR, received “Global Star Award” in the 36th International Conference and Exposition on Advanced Ceramics and Composites (ICACC2012, Daytona Beach, FL, USA). The Engineering Ceramics Division of the American Ceramic Society presented the “Global Star Award” to him in recognition and appreciation of his active contribution to ceramic society. More than 1300 scientists, researchers and engineers attended the ICACC2012, and four scientists from China, USA and Korea shared the 2012 “Global Star Award”.
