In a recent visit from University of Wollongong (UOW), Australia, an official signing ceremony took place between UOW and Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IMR, CAS), greatly enhancing IMR’s ability to collaborate internationally across an array of fields.
The UOW delegation, led by Prof. Christopher Cook, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Information Sciences, and Associate Prof. ZHAO Yue, Dean of Graduate School, visited IMR on April 19, 2017.
The signing ceremony involved an overview of the partnership, updates on current collaborative projects. Prof. Christopher Cook and Prof. ZHANG Jian, the Deputy Director of IMR signed the memorandum of understanding on the ceremony.
