The three journals sponsored by Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IMR, CAS) received good news, among which the impact factor of Journal of Materials Science & Technology (JMST) continues to maintain an upward trend, reaching 10.9, an increase of 5.6% compared with last year's (10.319), and continues to remain in the Q1 area, ranking No. 2 in the discipline; the impact factor of Acta Metallurgica Sinica (English Letters) reached 3.5, with an increase of 15.7%, and entered Q1 area; the impact factor of Acta Metallurgica Sinica made a breakthrough, reaching 2.3, with an increase of 28%, and entered Q2 area for the first time.
