At the 15th China Iron and Steel Annual Conference held in Beijing from October 23 to 24, Prof. WANG Pei from the Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IMR, CAS), was named one of the 20 recipients of the 15th Metallurgy Youth Science and Technology Award. The Award, established by the Chinese Society for Metals (CSM) and CERI Jingcheng Engineering Technology Co., Ltd, is a highly competitive honor granted biennially to no more than 20 individuals.. It aims to cultivate young leaders at the forefront of metallurgical science and technology, recognizing  those who have made outstanding contributions to the development of the metallurgical industry, social progress, and scientific and technological innovation.
