Introduction

Technical Support Division is established in 2001. The division has a faculty of 22 members, and 78 main instruments and equipments including Tecnai F30, HF-2000, JEM-2010, JEM-2000EXII and JEM-2000FXII transmission electron microscopes; Supra-35 and S-360 scanning electron microscopes; D8 Discover and D/max 2400 x-ray diffractometer; Pyris-1, Netzsch 4 and Perkin-Elmer 7 series differential scanning calorimeters; MTS thermal-mechanical, Tytron micro-force, Schenck high frequency and USF-2000 supersonic fatigue test machines; instruments for crystal growth, chemical deposition, metallographic examination, heat treatment and specimen preparation; Nova 200 dual-beam focused ion beam system etc.. The division with the advanced facilities, excellent technicians and effective management provides the technical condition for the researchers.
