Division of the Chemical Analysis

The division of the Chemical Analysis is responsible for inorganic elemental analysis of various metallic materials like low alloy steels, Ni- and Co-based superalloys, pure metals and intermetallics, as well as building up new material analysis methodologies, including quantitative, semi-quantitative and qualitative analysis utilizing chemical and instrumental analysis methods, such as traditional chemical analysis methods, molecular absorption spectrum, atomic emission spectroscopy, atomic absorption spectroscopy, infrared absorption spectrum, X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy and spark optical emission spectrometer, etc.
